My name is Tammy Pilton-Pluck and I am a seasoned nurse and clinical educator both in Australia and the United Kingdom. With more than 20 years in healthcare, I have been working alongside you “in the arena”.

I know what is is to be bullied, burnt out, and broken but I also know what it is to be nurtured, empowered, and invested in - because I had the right people in my corner supporting me.

I am inspired by the commitment and drive our profession has in the face of unsurmountable challenges and believe that every healthcare professional deserves the right support to be resilient, embrace opportunities, and grow both personally and professionally.

I have experienced first-hand the fundamental challenges we are facing as a profession and believe that by implementing strategies that foster true psychological safety, coaching and mentoring tailored to the individual, and education that is more than a tick-box exercise, we can be better together.
